Rates*:

$70 per night (three-night minimum)

$450 per week

$1250 per month

$60 cleaning charge per stay

Reservations are not considered confirmed until we receive a 50% deposit.  All balances due must be received before check-in.

Cancellations: If your plans change more than 60 days from your confirmed arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 service charge.  If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days from your confirmed arrival date, we will only issue refund if we are able to re-book the Cottage for the days you reserved.
